Oxford Construction Group is a Huntsville-based general contracting firm built on one idea: owners deserve a single point of accountability from the first walkthrough to the final punch list.
We manage commercial construction, renovation, and tenant fit-out for owners who need a partner they can trust with schedule, budget, and quality. Our team coordinates design, permitting, trade partners, and reporting so ownership always knows where a project stands. We bring the same standard of direct communication and decisive leadership to every job we take on.

Oxford Construction Group manages ground-up commercial construction from the first site walk through final turnover. We handle the coordination of design, permitting, trade partners, and schedule so owners have a single point of accountability for the entire build.
Commercial Renovation & Tenant Fit-Out
Whether it is a full building renovation or a tenant fit-out on an active site, we plan the work to minimize disruption to ongoing operations. Our team coordinates trades, tracks quality, and keeps the project moving so occupied buildings stay functional throughout construction.
Project Management
We provide full project management for owners who need a partner to own schedule, budget, and risk from start to finish. This includes budget development and tracking, schedule management, trade coordination, and regular reporting so ownership always knows where a project stands.
Preconstruction & Planning
Before the first shovel hits the ground, we work with owners and design teams on budgeting, scheduling, and constructability review. Getting these decisions right early keeps projects on track once construction begins.
Brendan Oxford
Founder & President, Oxford Construction Group
Brendan Oxford founded Oxford Construction Group with a straightforward view of the business: construction succeeds or fails on leadership. He started as a superintendent, running residential subdivisions, and later leading commercial construction projects. From there he moved into project and program management, eventually directing concurrent, ground-up and fit-out construction programs for the Department of Defense and Department of Justice valued at more than $880 million. He later served as a program manager leading cross-disciplinary teams on mission-critical programs in the data center industry.
That range of experience, spanning custom homes, commercial construction, and highly secure federal construction, is what Brendan now brings directly to Oxford Construction Group's clients. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Louisiana State University and an MBA from Georgia Southern University. He is known for being direct, decisive, and focused on results, and for keeping sight of the big picture on every project, from the first walkthrough to the final punch list. Outside the office, Brendan is a husband and father, and he brings that same sense of commitment and accountability home every day.
